Raghunath Temple, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir - Lakhs n Lakhs of Deites
Raghunath temple is one of the main attractions in Jammu. It was built by Maharaja Gulab Singh, of which foundation stone was put in 1851 and the entire construction got completed in 1857. The temple is beautifully constructed in Mughal architectural style and therefore, lots of arches could be seen in this temple. Situated at the center of the city, the temple is highly visited by local people also. Mainly, Lord Rama is worshipped in this temple and seven shrines are the main highlights of this temple. Around more than lakhs “Saligrams” could be seen at different galleries present at this temple.
