This is one of the most charming places in Pune. It is an artificial lake located on the outskirt of Pune. This is a nice place to relax and spend some leisure vacation.  The pleasant serene natural view and magnificent sunsets on the horizon makes this place a paradise and attracts millions of nature lovers from all around the world. The Pashan Lake also serves as a natural habitat for many birds. Several migratory birds flying from the neighbouring state of Kerala's Kumarakom Lake can be spotted here. The lake is made by bounding small rivulet.
