Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary is nestled in the foothills of Aravallimountains’ range. It is formulated in 1960 and is built on the vast area of 5-8 kilometers wide and 19 kms long. As it is a sanctuary, so tourists who loves to watch birds and different types of animals are at the right place. In this sanctuary, one can see wide range of animals like Wolf, Indian Fox, Common Langur, Pangolin, Indian Hare, Common Mongoose and many other animals. Also, flora of this sanctuary is quite attractive with 112 plant families. For ornithologists, there are about more than 250 bird species present in this sanctuary.
