Scenic, Palace, Museum, Garden, Amusement Park

Sultan Park is a public park, constructed on the southern side of the demolished regal palace grounds in the 16th century in the capital of Maldives, Male'. The existing building of the palace within the park is today the National Museum. The doorway to the park is guarded by a huge iron gate, which is opposite to the famous Islamic Centre on Medhuziyaaraiy Magu. The park and museum offered a silent story of the exclusive and rich culture and history of this isle nation. In the olden times the park itself was mostly a considerable collection of various tropical floras. It offered a superb view of the scenery and was a great place to breathe some fresh air while you enjoy the fragrance of the flowers around. Sultan Park forms a quiet green oasis in the busy capital, with ponds roofed by water lilies and leafy trees filled with bird songs.
