Rishikesh Shopping

The major shopping regions in Rishikesh are Dehradun Road, Haridwar Road, Ghats Road and Railway Road. There are also some state handicrafts stores like Khadi Bhandar, UP Handlooms and Garhwal Wool and Craft. There are no huge bazaars or memento shops in Rishikesh because it is basically a pilgrimage center. But there are many shops selling handicrafts. You will see shops in rows exhibiting handicrafts prepared of beads, sea shells, pearls and many more. There are also some shops selling saris, bed covers, handloom cloth and cotton cloth.
