Located at a distance of 8 km from the Ramanathaswamy Temple, Nambu Nayagiamman Temple is enchanting temple that is dedicated to Lord Rama. It is a historical temple of 14th century and is now managed by the locals of the region. The temple is primarily known for its gigantic bells tied at the entrance of it. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and lush greenery, the temple also houses a small open shrine nearby that enables the sunlight to enter the entire complex. This open shrine was constructed by the residents of Ramnad village who were the great devotees of Lord Rama.
