Khandala is a hill town in the southern part of Maharashtra and experiences a salubrious climate throughout the year. The weather at Khandala generally remains pleasant and invigorating that draws a number of tourists to witness the ethereal beauty of this place all round the year.

Summers in Khandala are generally warm but he heat is not scorching, hence making the tourists quite comfortable to roam around the town without any irritation. The temperature from April to June extends maximum up to 32 degree C. the evenings in Khandala are quite cool and make your holidays even more relaxing and pleasing.

The hill city of Khandala experiences heavy rainfall during the months of June and September due to the south- west monsoon rains. Hence these two months are generally avoided by the tourists to plan vacation to the city as the rain could spoil the entire trip. However the months of July and August are quite enjoyable and are supposed to be perfect to explore the bounties of this lovely hill station at its best.

The winters in Khandala lasts from November to February and are quite cooler. The temperature may falls at 12 degree C during the winter months.

The best time to visit this beautiful hill resort is from October to May.
