Also known as Nani Daman Fort, Fort of St Jeromeis a frequently visited tourist attraction in Daman. The most prominent feature of the fort is its hue gateway overlooking the river and houses a massive statue of St. Jerome of the Catholic church. Inside the fort, there is an impressive Church of Our Lady of the Sea. A Jain Temple is also located at the north of the fort and is known for its exquisite architecture decorated with 18^th century glass murals and splendid structure of Lord Mahavira.
