Ellora Caves, Aurangabad, Maharashtra - Its wonderful structure and also for Kailash temple in its hub

Temple, Caves

The Ellora Caves are not only subject of discussion only in India but it is a part of world-heritage. Located at only 30 km from Aurangabad, the thirty-four Ellora caves are so beautiful and astonishing that the words seem very less to describe the entire picture of these caves. The caves were constructed in between the period of 350 AD and 700 AD. All the three religious faiths can be seen in all of these like 17 caves situated in the middle are dedicated to Hinduism, the 12 caves located in the South are devoted to the Buddhist and finally, the 5 caves situated in the North are that of Jains. The most striking part of the Ellora Caves is the Kailash Temple and undoubtedly, is a superb magnum opus.
