Located only at minimal distance of 35 kms from Chennai in Kanchipuram district, an amazing national park could be explored named The Arignar Anna Zoological Park. Initially, the park was formed in 1855 but was got its recognition in the year 1979. Then also, the park got opened to the local public in 1985. Stretching over an area of 510 hectares, the national park is a home to countless animals’ species. Like, one could witness more than 170 species of wild animals and rare species of birds also.
