Jwalaji Temple, Dehradun, Uttarakhand - Amazing view of the himalayas
Inside the temple is the deity of Durga Devi and the temple is situated on the Benog hill. The hill is at an altitude of 2104mts above sea level. The temple gives a feeling like a crown of the hill. The Benog hill is surrounded by thick forests giving a marvellous view of the Yamuna and the Doon valley. The temple has lots of religious importance and is a must visiting place in Dehradun. From the top you can have an amazing view of the Himalayas. You not only get a wonderful natural view but can also see many seasonal birds here.
