Jama Masjid is well-known religious monument of the Muslims in Aurangabad and lies in proximity to the KillaArrak. The structure of the Jama Masjid consists of 50 polygonal pillars and all these pillars are erected in the five rows. These rows are inter-connected with the help of beautiful arches. Therefore, the entire building is equally divided into 27 compartments. Malik Ambarnine placed five point arches in the front out of the total nine. There lies one water tank centrally placed in the court and it is filled with the Malik Ambar canal’s water.
