Mountaineering, Monuments, Beaches

Huelva is in the western part of Andalusia: between Seville capital of the region and Portugal. Huelva has 150 Kilometer of long white beaches.  It is the place where you can enjoy both mountain ranges and beaches. In Huelva you will find many beautiful plazas, captivating historical monuments and, as you'd expect from a city with a lively harbor, prosperity of seafood bars and restaurants. The mineral riches of the area north of Huelva brought Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans who, along with the shortly arrivals of the Moors, left their archaeological mark on the city. Many majestic buildings were built in the late 19th century and the early 20th century, like the Casa Colón, the magnificent Gran Teatro and the Clínica Sanz de Frutos.
