Gurney House, Nainital, Uttarakhand - Display of wonderful artifacts
Built on the top of Aryapatta hill, it is at a distance of about 3.5 km from the main town of Nainital. Once being the home of the famous hunter Jim Corbett, it is at a height of 2292 mts above the sea level which has been now converted into a museum named as Jim Corbett Museum. The museum has all memorabilia of Jim Corbett. It is surrounded by Oak, Deodar, Pine Trees and Rhododendrons. The area around the house is beautiful. One can come across the life and works of Jim Corbett. So do take out time and visit the museum.
