Among the famous Jain temples in Gujarat, Chintamani Jain Temple has a remarkable place. Though the temple has a very simple look from outside but has beautiful intricate interior. The temple was built during the reign of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in the vicinity to tomb of Mirjani Sami in Muglisara. The striking temple was built in 1699 AD and the most salient feature of the temple is that it epitomizes the use of vegetable dye made in Gujarat.
