Boracay, Philippines - Beaches

Beaches, Scenic

The sovereign of The Philippines’ many gorgeous islands, Boracay is dead in the heart of the trampled track, and re-builds itself every off-season to make sure it remains on its haughty 'must-see island' perch. You can definitely expect a contemporary, vivacious stance and plenty of sun, sea and sand, though more seasoned travelers might feel a little short tainted by the relative lack of authentic Philippino culture to be discovered. In reality, Boracay is tiny. It’s little more than a spec on the gigantic isle range of the Philippines, just 9kms long and 1km wide, and for most holiday makers the action revolves almost totally around ‘White Beach’, the heart of the exhilarating tourism district.
