Any Refund Claims arising due to cancellation / delay of flight by the Airline shall be subject to Andaman Darun Tours & Travels receiving the refund from the Airline. In the Event Airline does not refund the amount to the Andaman Darun Tours & Travels, Andaman Darun Tours & Travels shall not be held liable for the same

In case a booking confirmation e-mail and sms gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation page or in the User Login section of Andaman Darun Tours & Travels

Post booking, you should check/update your contact details on the airlines website to make sure you get the latest update directly from airlines. In SOTO fares, post booking functions are not supported. Please contact airlines directly

Convenience, Insurance, Zero Cancel & Cash Back Sign-Up Fees are not refundable under any circumstances, once a confirmed ticket is booked/generated. If you are booking a special discounted return fare then both flights have to be cancelled together

Cancellation of Flight Ticket upto 24 hours will be dealt by Andaman Darun Tours & Travels. Less than 24 hours, you should cancel it directly with the airlines and inform us for the refund processing

GST Credit (if applicable) will be provided directly by the airlines to the traveller

Andaman Darun Tours & Travels is not liable for any Discrepancy / Deficiency in service by the Airline or Service Providers. Any discrepancy regarding this ticket, please inform us within 3 hrs of Issuance. After that we are not liable for any changes.
